Celebrating 70 years of Ministry
OUR SUNDAY SERVICE TIME IS 9:00 AM
This year St. Mark's is Celebrating 70 years of Ministry!
Our church began in 1956 as a Mission Church under the care of Trinity Episcopal Church, Alpena. In 1994 we became our own parish and have been continuing that tradition ever since!
On August 29 at 2:00 pm we will be holding a celebration of our 70 years!
We will begin with worship followed by a shared meal and fellowship.
We would love to have you join us for this glorious celebration!
Our congregation is a diverse group:

Some are lifelong Episcopalians and some are new to the Episcopal Church.

Some have worshiped here their entire life and some not so long.

Some are here year round and some are “snow birds.”
But there is one thing we have in common – We love the Lord and love worshiping God and sharing the Eucharist together as the body of Christ.
If you are feeling lonesome, let us walk with you.
If you are feeling lost, let us help you find your way.
If you are feeling blessed, let us share your blessings with you.
Welcome to the Episcopal Church where Christ is King and the Gospel is lived.
